Connect For A Free Consultation
Begin by contacting us via phone or email to collaborate on determining what you require for your business. This is a free consultation, and you are under no obligation to accept our proposal. Once we have the whole picture, we will develop a proposal based on the facts gathered from our call and an in-depth survey.
Personalized Proposal
Allow us 48 hours after your survey has been submitted for us to develop a personalized bid for you. You can choose to accept or deny this bid with no strings attached. The bid will be valid for 30 days, so please shop around and come back to us if we are the best fit! We will also give you an estimate on how long we anticipate your project taking.
Let's Begin
Great! We are thrilled to be partnering with you! We ask for a deposit before we begin work, but this deposit will be used towards your total bill. We offer payment options for all of our services and are happy to work with you and your budget. We’ll email you the contracts, and we’ll get started!
The Build Process
We will gather any information about current assets you may have during this phase—logins to hosting providers, for example, or access to your domain. We will also give you a way to submit any photos or text that you may have. Then, we create your desired product with this information and provide you with a mockup for approval within the deadline we specified in our quote.
Revisions
For any of our services, you will be permitted two rounds of changes, with the option to purchase more rounds if desired. We’ll gather your initial thoughts in the first review, and you may tell us if there are any modifications you’d like us to make. We’ll notify you once your requested updates have been completed, and you may let us know if there are any final changes you’d like to make.
It's Go Time
When the project is finished, we will provide you the finished files or launch your site to the specified domain. If you have any last questions, please do not hesitate to ask them!
What Comes Next?
We understand that you may have questions once we send over your product to you. We give training materials so you can maintain your product on your own. We can provide continuing maintenance for a non-contractual monthly fee.
